Joanna is our high-speed expert in all things technological and innovative. She is an unapologetic Gen Y with a persistence in problem-solving that brings complex and difficult commercial insurance needs and requests together with systems and process.

Insurance is in Joanna’s blood. She’s part of the Philpott family and started working in the brokerage as a kid in 2006. Not only has she worked in many roles in the office, she also graduated from the Conestoga College Business Insurance program, going on to complete the RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario), CIP (Certified Insurance Professional) and CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designations.

Joanna is a movie and TV show enthusiast who loves reading in the sunshine at the trailer in the summer with family and friends.
