On February 21, Staebler’s Charity and Community Involvement Committee presented Camp Quality with a donation of $4,000 to cover the expenses of two children to attend a camp this summer.
Anzette Fernandes, Manager, Community Giving & Corporate Engagement, joined our committee and shared more about Camp Quality and what it means to work for a non-profit that supports children battling cancer.
Camp Quality Canada has operated since 1988 and provides children with the opportunity to experience a summer camp in Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. They aim “to improve the quality of life for children living with cancer through camps and year-round family support programs.”
