Melissa brings a well-rounded background of experience to Staebler Insurance. Before joining our brokerage, Melissa earned a Social Services diploma from George Brown College, and worked more than seven years in health care, including some time in Saskatchewan. Her cousin, a broker and team leader, finally convinced her to apply for an open broker role. Since then, Melissa has earned her RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) designation and is a Personal Solutions broker.

Outside the office, she is busy with her son, but takes time off for swimming, beaches, and travelling to warm destinations. She also enjoys a good meal with family and keeping up with her Netflix favourites. With great problem solving and customer service skills, she has fit right in with our Personal Solutions team.
