Niharika is a seasoned finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in personal finance and a recent transition into Commercial Insurance. At Staebler, Niharika leverages her knowledge, expertise, RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) licence, and ongoing CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) studies to specialize in the Hospitality and Retail sectors.

Outside of work, Niharika enjoys painting, writing poetry, making jewelry, and indulging in arts and crafts. She’s passionate about cooking diverse cuisines for family and loves traveling with them to explore new cultures. Fluent in seven languages, Niharika connects with clients and provides valuable solutions that meet their needs.
