With more than 25 years in the insurance industry, Karina brings extensive experience from roles at various insurance companies. Now on the broker side at Staebler, she specializes in commercial insurance and is eager to expand her expertise to help our insurance brokers.

Karina’s background includes a diploma in Business Insurance from Conestoga College, where she also received the Nancy Schwartz Award, and a RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) licence.

Outside of work, Karina enjoys spending time with her daughter, caring for plants, and exploring nature through walking and yoga. She’s passionate about cooking, particularly Mexican cuisine, and is expanding her skills to include Chinese and Japanese recipes.

Also, as an active member of a Mexican women’s group in Waterloo Region, she helps build community and supports newcomers to Canada.
